Can’t believe it’s already August.
We’ve spent almost 1 1/2 years living in fear and under lockdown.
While we can’t control the number of rising Covid cases but what we can do is practise acceptance.
Accept that this is how our lives are going to be indefinitely and take it a day at a time.
Worrying is not the answer to any of our problems, instead, do things that make you feel good in the now.
I know everyone is tired, angry, jaded and frustrated at the situation. I am too. Sometimes, I don't even know what to say to myself anymore to keep myself motivated. But all I know is, the only way is through.
In hindsight, there’s no better time than now to be more mindful and thoughtful in planning your inputs;�
• Food choices
• Conversations you engage in
• Who you give your time and energy to
• What you consume digitally
• What you do to your body
Understand that what enters your mind and body shapes your health, attitude and emotional well being.
�Stay reasonably fit, keep a healthy weight and get enough rest!
